Street Tycoon — Delete My Data

Summary

Street Tycoon only stores the minimum data needed to run the game (progress, optional cloud saves, crash diagnostics, and support messages). If you no longer want us to keep this data, you can request deletion at any time. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Data that can be deleted

Game progress & inventory stored on our servers or cloud saves.
Account identifiers (if you signed in via Google/Apple or email).
Purchase receipts stored for entitlement restoration.
Support conversations and attachments.
Analytics & crash diagnostics linked to your identifier.

We may retain aggregated or anonymized stats that no longer identify you.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In-app settings (preferred)

If the current build includes a "Privacy" or "Support" button, open it and tap Request Data Deletion. Your request is logged automatically.

Option 2 — Email

Send a message to worksmartgroupug@gmail.com with:

Your player ID (found in Settings → Profile) or the email used for sign-in.
Platform (Android/iOS/macOS/Windows).
A statement that you want all Street Tycoon data deleted.

Verification & timeline

We may contact you to confirm ownership of the account. After verification, we remove live records within 30 days (usually faster) and send a confirmation email. App store receipts may be retained as required by Apple/Google billing rules.

After deletion

All progress, currency, and purchased content tied to the deleted account is permanently lost.
Cloud saves and crash/analytics identifiers are purged from our systems.
You can create a new game profile at any time; it will start from the beginning.
