Street Tycoon does not require user accounts or sign-in to play. Game progress is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or changing devices may result in loss of progress, and we are not responsible for lost progress caused by device changes or app removal.

We reserve the right to withhold rewards in cases of cheating, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
The game displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Ads help keep the game free to play, and we do not control the content of third-party ads. Interacting with ads is optional.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, progress, or rewards; or service interruptions and technical issues. Your use of the game is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
